Jakub - founder / owner / executive chef
Started as an apprentice on Pizzaiolo position and worked his way up to head chef status in very busy London restaurant. He always had passion for food and how to create new dishes. He loves the challenge of fusing new flavours and textures together.
He is also responsible for operational efficiency and creating a relaxed environment where service delivery and product quality is second to none. Jakub is leading from the front & in charge of maintaining high levels throughout Caffe MACCHIATO.
His signature dish: Risotto Al Porcini
Chris - head chef
He loves to cook and also extremely knowledgeable on the subject. Has joined MACCHIATO in May 2010 and has introduced number of new dishes. Chris has worked in number of restaurants & hotels in Poland and England.
His side-line that not many people are aware of are delicious fruity birthday cakes.
